Super Intelligence · A → Z
Senior systems engineering. Accelerated by intelligence.
We architect, build, and optimize web platforms, themes, apps, plugins, and AI workflows — then secure, ship, and operate them on the edge. Delivered A → Z.
Now booking new engagements
Three lanes leave intake and merge at operate.
A span from A, intake, to Z, operate. Three lanes share those endpoints: systems through edge, workers, and data; agents carrying tasks; security inspected at WAF, auth, app, and encryption. The lanes merge at Z.

What we do
One senior team for the whole platform.
Strategy, code, infrastructure, security, and growth operations — handled by the same engineers, with AI doing the heavy lifting and humans owning every decision.
AI Engineering
Production LLM features, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with hybrid search, tool-using agents, and multi-agent automation, with evals, guardrails, and cost controls built in.
Themes, Apps & Plugins
Custom themes, apps, and plugins for Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, and Squarespace, built for clean data models, stable APIs, and zero bloat.
DevOps & Cloud
CI/CD pipelines, edge runtimes on Cloudflare Workers, containers and VPS fleets, infrastructure as code, zero-downtime deploys, and steady cost tuning.
Security Engineering
Defense in depth from the edge to the database: WAF rules, least-privilege access, secret isolation, dependency audits, and OWASP Top 10 hardening.
Growth & Marketing Ops
Technical SEO, structured data, privacy-friendly analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing automation that run reliably without slowing the site down.
Performance Optimization
We profile queries, payloads, and hydration end to end, then fix what matters to get green Core Web Vitals on real mobile networks.
Vision
A world where small, senior teams use coordinated AI to build and run resilient digital platforms, without the overhead of traditional agencies.
Mission
To deliver end-to-end engineering, from architecture to operations, by pairing senior human judgment with AI-native speed.
How we ship
A → Z delivery, with no black boxes.
Six stages that pair AI-assisted speed with senior human checks at every step.
Work moves along six stations. An agent detour runs between build and review.
Six stations in order: Discover & Audit, Architect & Specify, Build with AI Agents, Review & Harden, Ship to the Edge, Operate & Grow. Work moves forward along one line. Between build and review, an agent detour rejoins the line.
System design
Built to be fast everywhere and fail gracefully.
Every request takes a short, observable path: edge first, compute close to the user, and data behind well-defined boundaries.
- Clients
- Browsers, mobile apps, and third-party integrations.
- Edge & CDN
- TLS termination, WAF, rate limiting, and caching close to every user.
- Compute
- Serverless workers and containers for SSR, APIs, and middleware.
- AI & Async Services
- Queues, LLM agents, embeddings, and background jobs, isolated from the request path.
- Data
- PostgreSQL or MySQL, Redis caching, KV and object storage, with backups and point-in-time recovery.
A page view runs from the browser through the CDN and the app to the database.
Architecture, left to right: client, edge, workers, services, data. A page view goes browser, CDN, router, app, database. A write goes through the WAF. Agents are called from the app and return. Retrieval reads the database.
AI, done seriously
Multi-agent speed. Senior human judgment.
We don't ship raw model output. Specialized agents work in parallel on narrow tasks, automated gates check their work, and an engineer approves every merge.
- 01Orchestrator. Breaks a spec into small, verifiable tasks and assigns each one to the right agent.
- 02Research, Code, Review. Separate agents read the codebase, draft the change, and check it against the spec in parallel. Type checks, tests, and builds must pass.
- 03Human review. A senior engineer checks business logic, security, and architecture. Nothing moves on without that approval.
- 04Merge. Only the accepted change is merged and released. Everything else is discarded.
An orchestrator splits one task to a research agent, a code agent, and a review agent. Their results wait at human review. One accepted change moves on to merge.
Defense in depth
Security at every layer, not bolted on at the end.
Each request is checked at five boundaries. If one layer fails, the next one still holds.
Application — check the action against OWASP rules for that route.
A request passes five layers: edge WAF, authentication, application checks, encryption at rest, and monitoring. Each layer is inspected before the next. Monitoring watches the full path.
Continuous delivery
A loop that never stops improving.
Small, frequent, reversible releases, with telemetry feeding the next plan.
A loop with eight stations: plan, code, build, test, release, deploy, operate, monitor. The packet runs the left track through test, then the right track through monitor, and returns to plan.
Platforms & stack
Deep platform knowledge, down to the query.
We don't just install themes and plugins. We tune each platform and runtime at the database, cache, and rendering layers.
Platforms — themes, apps, plugins
WordPress
Block themes, custom Gutenberg blocks, lean REST and GraphQL endpoints, autoload and transient cleanup, and object caching.
WooCommerce
High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS), checkout and cart tuning, Redis object caching, async webhooks, and custom extensions.
Shopify
Online Store 2.0 themes, theme app extensions, embedded apps, Shopify Functions, and fixing layout shift caused by apps.
Wix
Velo backend code, custom integrations, data collections, and media and script optimization.
Squarespace
Code injection done right, custom blocks and integrations, and streamlined CSS and JavaScript delivery.

Our commitments
Standards we hold on every project.
No vanity numbers. Just explicit commitments you can check.
- 01
Core Web Vitals in the green
We target LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, and CLS under 0.1 on mobile for everything we build or optimize.
- 02
No unreviewed AI code
AI speeds up scaffolding and testing. Nothing merges without review by a senior engineer.
- 03
Security checks on every release
Dependency audits, secret scanning, and static analysis run in the pipeline, not once a year.
- 04
You own everything
Your repositories, cloud accounts, domains, and docs stay yours. No lock-in.
- 05
Reproducible infrastructure
Infrastructure as code, scripted deploys, and structured logging by default.
- 06
Lean running costs
We pick free tiers, edge runtimes, and right-sized servers first, and we show every cost line up front.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How does SiAZ use AI on client projects?
In two ways. We build AI features for you, such as semantic search, RAG assistants, and document automation. We also use coordinated AI agents internally to draft code and tests faster. Either way, senior engineers review, test, and approve everything before it ships.
Do you work on existing systems or only new builds?
Both. Much of our work is improving existing platforms: cleaning up slow WordPress and WooCommerce stores, modernizing Shopify themes, refactoring legacy code, and moving workloads to the edge without downtime.
How do you improve performance without breaking things?
We measure first, change one thing at a time, and check every change against automated regression tests and real-user metrics. Performance work is reversible by design.
What does an engagement look like?
Fixed-scope projects with clear milestones for builds, migrations, and audits, or a monthly retainer for ongoing DevOps, optimization, and support. You always talk directly to the engineers doing the work.
How do you protect our code and data when using AI?
Secrets and customer data never go into prompts. Project code is only sent to AI providers whose terms exclude training on it, or to open-weight models running on infrastructure you control. You decide which applies to your project.
Who writes and maintains our code?
Senior engineers. The person who designs your system also reviews the code, ships it, and watches it in production.
Ready when you are
Let's build a platform that performs under pressure.
Talk directly with an engineer. We'll review your current setup, find the bottlenecks, and propose a clear plan with transparent costs.
